7 year old girl tells housewives their husbands have been sleeping with her

A 7 year old girl has confirmed to two housewives that she slept with their husbands.

It has been discovered that two married men continually defiled a 7-year-old girl in their compound in Lagos after the girl opened up.

The suspects, Mr. Osuntunbo Dare, 42 and Idowu Gbolahan, 29, who live at Sanusi Street in Shomolu, Lagos, both sexually abused their neighbour’s daughter separately and were each not aware that the other was doing the same thing.

The abuse which began in 2017 continued into 2018 until the girl’s mother suspected, checked her private part and found out her daughter had been defiled.

It was at this point that the girl opened up and fingered Dare and Gbolahan as the culprits.

Investigation revealed that Dare was the first to begin assaulting the girl in 2017. Then in 2018, Gbolahan joined to rape the girl on multiple occasions. Both men threatened the girl not to reveal their actions to anyone.

I’m committed to fair 2019 polls, Buhari tells May

President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday assured British Prime Minister Theresa May of his commitment to credible elections in 2019. He made the pledge when May visited Abuja. In a meeting with the prime minister, Buhari welcomed U.K.’s support for strengthening democratic institutions in Nigeria. He said: “I assure you that I’m all out for free, fair and credible elections. Nigeria has accepted multiparty democracy and that is putting politicians on their toes, forcing them to work harder.”

Applauding the support of the U.K. for his administration’s anti-corruption campaign, Buhari noted: “We had great opportunities and resources between 1999 and 2014, due to high oil prices. But when we came in 2015, oil prices plunged to as low as $37 per barrel. What we have been doing since 2015 is focusing on infrastructure development, despite low earnings. Work is ongoing on roads, rail, power and many others.”

On Brexit, Buhari, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, said his government was “nervously watching developments,” stressing that he was prepared to strengthen the relationship between both countries. He also thanked the U.K. government for its support on security and counter- insurgency operations in north east Nigeria and for improved trade relations.

Earlier, in remarks before the meeting, the Nigerian leader underscored the need for U.K.’s support for reviving Lake Chad, a means of livelihood for millions of people. The prime minister appreciated Buhari’s assurance on credible polls, saying she was pleased to be in Abuja to continue the “excellent discussions” she started with him in London in April, particularly on security, trade, asset recovery and the fight against corruption.

“Security and defence cooperation are very important steps to addressing Boko Haram and Islamic State in West Africa,” May said. On asset recovery, she told Buhari: “We do not want to hold anything that belongs to the Nigerian people, but we follow the judicial process, which can be slow.”She appealed to the president to use his position as ECOWAS chairman to keep the issue of human trafficking on the front burner in the sub-region.

The leaders witnessed the signing of two agreements on security and defence partnership and economic development forum.Answering questions after the meeting, Minister of Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Onyeama explained: “This clearly highlights the two priority areas in our relationship at the moment. The defence and security pact is a comprehensive agreement that covers all aspects of security challenges.

“Apart from military training, there is also support for policing, civil policing, human rights aspect of security and close cooperation that the two countries will have.”On the economic deal, the minister said: “This is a forum that really aims at co-prosperity. The prosperity of our two countries will leverage on areas where we have comparative advantages – the financial centre that London is and the investment opportunities in our country, being ready to build that up with the private sector as well as the government level.”

He added: “Everything will be comprehensive and involve different stakeholders. This is in the context of U.K.’s Brexit. Coming out of the European union, they feel freer now to engage with countries on bilateral level and build up trade relations with those countries.”

The prime minister also visited Lagos State and was received by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and other state officials. Ambode, who affirmed that Lagos remains a choice destination for investors from the United Kingdom, noted that the relationship between Britain and Nigeria dates back to the 19th Century.

“The important part of this visit to us, more or less, is to discuss how investment in Lagos can be improved upon by British investors and you would realise the fact that Lagos is the commercial capital of Nigeria and a whole lot of British investments are actually domiciled in Lagos,” he said.

Speaking to journalists at the airport, May said: “I have had a fantastic visit to Nigeria and we have outstanding relationship between U.K. and Nigeria. But there is much more that we can do in the future. I enjoyed being able to come to Abuja and also to Lagos to see the thriving business community here. We want to see increased trade between Nigeria and U.K. and increased investment.”

The prime minister expressed the desire of the British government to assist Lagos in the development of its creative industry and alluded to the fact that the jacket she wore was made in Nigeria. She also pledged to facilitate export credit finance worth £750 million (N354,467,010,250 billion) to boost the state’s economy.

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), meanwhile, stepped up its criticism of the All Progressives Congress (APC), yesterday, accusing it of reneging on its promise to restructure the country.According to the PDP, a comment by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo dismissing agitations for restructuring has further confirmed that the ruling party lied to Nigerians to win the 2015 elections.

The PDP, in a statement by its spokesman, Kola Ologbondiyan, said APC made the issue of restructuring a cardinal agenda in its manifesto, alongside other bogus promises, which it failed to fulfill. It said the ruling party’s dodgy approach to the issue has earned it the odious reputation of the most deceptive political organisation in the history of the nation.

“The APC, in line with its duplicitous script, went ahead to set up a deceptive committee on restructuring, which made several recommendations they never contemplated implementing. It was only to create an impression that their dysfunctional party and incompetent government are committed to their promises. Also, a former Sokoto State governor, Attahiru Bafarawa, alleged that the poor quality of governance and widespread poverty across the country was responsible for the rising spate of insecurity in the country. His criticism was backed by a former Kano State governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, who while declaring his intention in Abuja to contest the 2019 presidential race, promised he would “vigorously pursue institutional reforms in security and paramilitary agencies and the justice system that would serve as a huge disincentive for crime and criminality.”

Linda Ikeji hints about the identity of her baby daddy as she showers expensive gifts on her son (Photos)

Popular blogger, Linda Ikeji whose excitement about her baby is contagious has revealed a hint about her ‘secret’ baby daddy.

In a lengthy message about her extreme love for children and how she intends to be the best mother in the world, Linda Ikeji let it slip that the baby’s father is tall, dark and handsome!

Sharing the above photo from a maternity shoot she had, the media entrepreneur wrote:

I love children so much. I’m particularly obsessed with babies. I grew up in a compound with a lot of neighbours and believe it or not, as a teenager/young woman, I was the unofficial resident babysitter. I swear, ask my siblings. I literally carried all the newborn babies born in that compound at a period of time until they grew up to a certain age. Their mums used to come drop the babies at our house whenever they were tired or wanted to go out, this was, of course, to the annoyance of my family..lol.

The first baby I carried was a boy named Makoba (wonder where he is now, this was about 20yrs ago). From the first day I carried him, I didn’t want to let him go. So every time I had free time, and his mum hadn’t brought him to me, I would walk two floors up, knock on his family’s door and ask them if they wanted me to take the child off them for a while. I was always happy when they said yes. After him other mums started dropping their kids with me.

Back then my sisters and I used to take turns to cook every day of the week. So whenever it was my turn to cook and I was babysitting and they insisted I go cook, I’d tell my sisters to either hold the baby for me so I could go cook or they go cook. They always chose the latter. Lol.

Then my siblings started having children & I started to feel more joy. These were no longer neighbours’ or friends’ children, these were my nephews and nieces. My family! And carrying them brought me even more joy. If I was planning to go out and I heard my beautiful nephews and niece were coming over to the house, most times, I change plans and just stay home with them. There’s no greater joy for me than being around them.

So now imagine soon I will look down at a baby, and it won’t be a neighbor’s child, a friend’s child, a sister’s child, but my own child, my own flesh and blood, carried in my womb. My own son. It’s surreal. I can’t get over it.

Dear son, you are my greatest dream realized and I can’t wait to meet you! I plan to be one of the best mums the world has ever seen. Thanks for choosing me

Sometimes I wonder what he will look like. His dad is tall, dark and handsome and I’m cute too so fingers crossed

Taking to her Instagram story, she also shared photos of some of the designer clothes she’s already buying for her baby boy, to the surprise of her mum who can’t believe the extravagant cost of them.

The singer told The Sun News, “my first love? I met him when I was 13 and in SS1. I was just about to turn 14 and he just came to my school.”

“How do you really explain that as a child? But it did happen, and he left my school after a while, so we drifted apart. Then we met somewhere again. We drifted apart again and then that was it.”

Simi went on to admit that she is currently in a romantic relationship with someone she hopes to eventually build a family with. She believes that should naturally be the outcome when one is emotionally invested in a love affair.

“Well, I hope he is the one because I don’t think relationships should just be for leisure. I can’t really speak for anybody but for me. If I am giving you an access to that part of my life then it has to be worth my while and worth his while as well. But I can’t force it though, if he is the one, fine and if not, fine“, she said.

Secret Service Is Analysing The Voice In Leah Sharibu’s Audio – Presidency

Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity has said the presidency is investigating the leaked audio linked to Leah Sharibu, currently in circulation.

Leah Sharibu is currently the only Dapchi girl still in the custody of Boko Haram and according to Shehu, the president is determined not to rest until all the girls are freed, just as he noted that “in dealing with terrorists, nothing is too trivial”.

“We are aware of the audio in circulation concerning the unfortunate situation of our daughter, Leah Sharibu. In dealing with terrorists, nothing is too trivial. The secret service is analyzing the voice. Our reaction will follow the outcome of the investigation. For President Buhari, nothing will be spared in bringing all our girls home. He will not rest until all of them are freed” he tweeted.

Presidency Reacts To Donald Trump’s “Lifeless” Comment

The presidency has shrugged off the derogatory comment allegedly made by US President Donald Trump about President Muhammadu Buhari.

According to a viral report by Financial Times, the controversial US president said he never wanted to meet someone as “lifeless” as President Buhari.

But reacting to the alleged comment on Sunrise Daily, a Channels TV programme on Tuesday, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina said that the presidency would not comment on the statement since it is not attributed to anyone.

He added that the statement is “not verified”.

Adesina said, “If it is unverified as it came out, then the presidency has no comment. It does not pass any concerns of good journalism.”

The presidential aide also downplayed insinuations that the alleged statement could influence public opinion against Buhari ahead of the 2019 presidential election.

“No, it won’t. Nigerians are the ones that would ultimately elect their president; no foreign power will determine who gets elected,” he said.

“That does not worry us because it is unsubstantiated, unverified. anybody could have planted it, you know that in the jostle for power people can do anything.”

Adesina also declined to give a definite date for the rescue of Leah Sharibu, the Christian Dapchi girl still being held captive by Boko Haram despite the release of all her schoolmates.

He said, “For how much longer, I think that question can only be answered by God. I believe that God is interested in that young girl and will ensure that she is preserved.

“I think when that clip that we have is verified, at least one will be sure that it’s her and when that is determined, we should all be glad that she is alive.

“When will she return? By the grace of God, the government is working on it and we believe she will be back.”

Bone setter cautions against s3x, cold water

A traditional bone- setter (TBS), Mr Ganranwei Robinson, on Tuesday advised people undergoing bone-treatment to avoid sex and cold water to ensure fast healing.

Robinson gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at the Riverine community in Festac/Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State.

According to the traditional bone-setter, it is necessary to avoid sexual intercourse until the wound heals, so that the treatment will not be prolonged.

“The reason is because some patients may have sustained internal injuries.

“During intercourse and at the point of ejaculation, all the body systems will change, and it will affect the spot of the fracture, thus prolonging the healing,” he said.

The expert cautioned those undergoing bone-treatment to guide against cold and soft drinks, to avoid rheumatic pains.

“You know when the bone breaks into two, the blood does not circulate well in the body because the affected portion is bandaged.

“If the person takes anything cold, it can cause him or her pain.”

The bone specialist advised patients with such problem to get treated for pains and infections before commencing bone-treatment.

According to him, such treatment makes the job of a bone-setter faster, adding that he refers patients to medical doctors to prevent complications.

“I have medical doctors I refer patients to. The doctors take care of people with high sugar or blood pressure levels.

“The doctor treats the diabetes while I treat the wound,” he said. (NAN)

Applicant dies in Ikoyi passport office

When he set out yesterday to the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) passport office in Ikoyi, Lagos State, it was in the hope of procuring the green booklet that would ensure his prospect for a sojourn outside the shores of the country, but painfully, the end came in a brutish manner to such an ambition when an applicant seeking the Nigerian international passport died yesterday.

The applicant had arrived at the passport office at about 7:00a.m. accompanied by his wife and they were asked to wait till 9:00a.m. before they would be attended to.

It was gathered that at about 10:00a.m. the man became restless and started complaining of severe heat and discomfort. He then requested to use the restroom.

An eyewitness who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said: “He was walking up and down complaining that he should be attended to as he and his wife arrived the passport office before other applicants the officers were attending to.

We told him that even though he came early, our official resumption time is 9:00a.m. but he would not listen.

Along the line, he said we should show him the toilet and we showed him.

“After about 20 minutes, his wife became worried that he has not come out from the toilet, but we calmed her down and our toilet attendants were asked to monitor the man.

After about 40 minutes, we knocked several times and he did not respond. We tried to open the door, but it was locked from the inside.

The mistake was that we should have forced the door open, but we were warned by our superior not to break the door until the police arrived the scene.

“The police later arrived and forced the door to the toilet open. What we saw was gory.

He had removed his clothes and he was sitting on the stool, but he was dead.

He died few minutes before we opened the door, maybe he would have survived if we had rushed him to the hospital,” the source said.

Another eyewitness said there was pandemonium as people scampered to safety as the dead body was brought out from the toilet.

The Passport Controller in charge of Ikoyi Passport Office, (PCO) Mani Yari, said: “Yes, it is the true. An applicant died in our toilet.

He came to our office with his wife. There was no queue, as he did not come to collect passport.

We attend to visitors as from 9:00a.m. and at the exact time, we started attending to the applicants.

Along the line, the deceased said he wanted to ease himself.

“It was after about 40 minutes that the wife started raising the alarm that her husband had not come back from the toilet.

We thought it was the normal panic from a woman.

But when we arrived the scene and he did not open the door, we then called the police who came and bust the door open and we saw the lifeless body.

The body has been deposited at a government hospital for autopsy,” he narrated.

Ademola Lookman holds key to Barcelona’s transfer target

Barcelona’s ability to land their desired player before the end of the transfer window on Friday depends on Everton’s Ademola Lukman, who is on loan to RB Leipzig, reports express.co.uk.

Barcelona have been busy in the transfer market this summer, singing four players.

They also saw Andres Iniesta and Paulinho leave as manager Ernesto Valverde overhauled his midfield.

They are still looking to make one more signing in the transfer market, with Friday’s deadline day looming.

But the manager’s hopes could rest on Everton being willing to play ball.

According to reports earlier this week, Barcelona have shelved plans to sign Ajax midfielder Frenkie De Jong in order to chase RB Leipzig’s Kevin Kampl instead.

The Nou Camp giants will try to sign De Jong next summer after Ajax held out strong resistance to a deal being done this week.

A move for Kampl is supposedly on the cards but Leipzig don’t want to lose their midfielder. That is, unless they sign a replacement – and that is where Everton come in
