He also recently voiced out his displeasure at the decision to let go of his best friend and strike partner, Luis Suarez claiming he is no longer surprised.
However, he has now come to apologize for the whole drama and calling for a United Barcelona.
Speaking to Sport, Messi said: "After so many disagreements, I would like to bring an end to everything. We all have to be united and assume that the best is yet to come.
"I take responsibility for my errors and if they existed, it was only to make FC Barcelona stronger and better."
