Super Eagles' Technical Adviser, Gernot Rohr has called up 25 players ahead of next month's double header friendly matches against the Elephants of Cote d'Ivoire and Carthage Eagles of Tunisia in Austria.
Nigeria who is currently the third best footballing nation in the continent according to FIFA's latest rankings will face-off with the Elephants on the 9th of October before playing Tunisia four days later.
"I invited two players from Austria. One of them you know him, Samson Tijani. He was the captain of our under 17 team that played the World Cup last year," Rohr told ESPN.
"Also, the goalkeeper, (20-year old) Tobias Lawal. He's a young goalkeeper, playing in Linz. He was on the bench for the European games. They had very god European rally last year, they made it good competition and he already played sometimes, he was in Austria under 20 but only a friendly."
