BREAKING: Labour Leaders Walk Out of Negotiations With FG

The leaders of the Trade Union Congress barely spent ten minutes in tonight's negotiations with the Federal Government over the issue of increased tariffs on electricity and fuel pump price.

The meeting took place at the Presidential Villa banquet hall, Abuja and it was meant to discuss the implementations of the agreed decisions reached in the last meeting.

Trade Union Congress President, Quadri Olaleye accused the government of showing high level of insincerity and not wanting progressive to be made.

According to him: "Government is showing a high level of insincerity in discussions with us and is also putting us at risk with the people we are leading, with the masses. We find it difficult to move freely but the people in government are moving freely.”
